1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping throughout Romania. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in București. If you are located outside Romania and wish to place an order, please contact our customer support team to check availability and applicable shipping rates.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within Romania:

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location and external factors. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Romanian public holidays.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 14:00 (EET) or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional events, seasonal sales, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order in real time through the courier's website.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first, and then contact us at contact@homentools.com.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected at checkout. The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. We offer free standard shipping on all orders with a total value of 250 RON or more before any discounts are applied.

6. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package to the address provided at checkout. If the delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, the courier will typically make a second delivery attempt on the following business day.

If the package cannot be delivered after two attempts, it may be held at a local courier pickup point for a limited period. You will be notified by the courier with instructions on how to collect your package. If the package is not collected within the specified period, it will be returned to us.

For packages returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer.

If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at contact@homentools.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the package is in transit.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully pack all orders to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please take the following steps:

  • Note the damage on the courier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
  • Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@homentools.com with your order number, description of the damage, and photographs.

If your package appears to be lost in transit and has not been delivered within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate with the courier and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement shipment or full refund.

9. Delivery During Holidays and Peak Periods

During Romanian public holidays, end-of-year festive periods, and major promotional events such as Black Friday, delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes and courier capacity. We recommend placing orders early during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
